The Narrator tells of the last days of the planet Earth, when everyone had bad dreams (of the Master’s insane laughter). Wilfred Mott goes into a church and meets a mysterious woman in white, who speaks cryptically of the Doctor.

David Tennant will be a nearly impossible act to follow. I don’t envy the new Doctor but then many probably thought Tennant wasn’t going to be good when he showed up

there is absolutely no way anyone can take David Tennant’s place for The Doctor. any new guy won’t have the same spark.

Woah, this episode is dynamic! I can’t wait to watch the next one! And I don’t have to either, on to the next one. Still, I’m surprised that they would include President Barrack Obama in the series. Why bring in a factual living person into a fictional universe?

well um the regenerations go from very old to um younger if u take a better look,and u all talk only about David ,yes i have to admit i is a really good doctor but i liked Christoper Eccleston too and Tom Baker (sorry if i misspelled)and the new guy can be very good too ,remember the looking its not the same but the knowledge its the same and the memories are remaining and he will still like bananas

guys, think of it this way. plenty of you probably felt the same way when Christopher Eccleston regenerated. but you grew to love this Doctor [the David Tennant one]. Give Matt Smith a chance!

i actually liked mattsmith AND david tennant! sure the new dr is goofy but hes got a lot of good traits too…i dont like moffats writing for a lot of the episodes though

@ood that’s brilliant! i love it! “don’t hate, regenerate!” really people give matt smith a chance. i really like him and i was fully expecting not to. i love his quirkiness. you know like when Ten did that banana thing well matt smith does stuff like that more often. he has some hilarious lines and delivers them quite well actually. to all you haters just give him a chance and remember that he’s just a person trying to do his best.

to all of you haters how would you like it if thousands of people got online and talked about how bad you are at your job how you don’t deserve it and how the person you replaced was so much better at it than you. my guess is that you wouldn’t like it and you’d lash back at most of those people. well the role of the doctor is matt’s job so stop complaining about it and let the man do his job! he has the role and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it!
